neuron seeks to cooperate fully with all relevant requests from law enforcement agencies around the world.

When information requests are received (for example about blockchain address user identity or address activity on the platform), neuron requires that it be accompanied by appropriate legal process which can vary from place to place.

We will carefully review each request for disclosure to determine that it has valid legal basis and that any response is narrowly tailored to ensure that only the data to which law enforcement is entitled is provided.

We also reserve the right to make disclosures to authorities in order to protect ourselves and/or users.

neuron Services including the Website, protocol or Smart Contracts are not intended for (a) access or use by Excluded Persons (as defined below); or (b) access or use by any person or entity in, or accessing or using the Website from, an Excluded Jurisdiction.

Accordingly, Excluded Persons (as defined below) should not access or use this Website, Services or Smart Contracts (each as defined below).

neuron is a platform that facilitates the exchange and transfer of cryptocurrencies between different blockchain networks. It allows users to perform token transfers, and other crypto-related operations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Excluded persons within the context of the neuron Bridge refer to individuals or entities residing or operating within jurisdictions that do not allow or have restricted the use of cryptocurrencies.

These jurisdictions may have specific regulations, laws, or policies that prohibit or limit cryptocurrency-related activities, such as trading, token swaps, and other transactions.

The term "excluded persons" is used to define those who are ineligible to use the neuron Bridge due to legal restrictions imposed by their respective countries or regions. The reasons for such exclusions can vary and may be related to concerns over money laundering, fraud, consumer protection, or potential risks associated with the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies.

To comply with legal requirements and ensure the Service operates in accordance with applicable laws, the neuron Bridge will enforce restrictions or limitations on users from certain jurisdictions.

These restrictions are in place to protect both users and the platform itself from potential legal ramifications.

If you are an individual or entity residing in a jurisdiction that does not allow or restricts cryptocurrency usage, you may be considered an excluded person and, therefore, ineligible to use the Neuron Crypto Bridge. Use of the Service

The use of the Site and any Services is void where prohibited by applicable law.

c. You may not use the Service if you are within a Prohibited juristiction or are a Prohibited person (see below)

Prohibited juristictions and persons

Prohibited Jurisdictions means Bosnia and Herzegovina; Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea); Ethiopia; Iran; Iraq; Syria; Uganda; Vanuatu; and, Yemen;

Prohibited Persons means an individual, entity or Person resident in the United States or a Person owned 10% or more by one or more Persons resident in the United States or by one or more corporations or entities incorporated in or formed in the United States.

Risks and Disclaimers

a. Cryptocurrency transactions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to market volatility, regulatory changes, and cybersecurity threats. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using the Service.

b. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, logos, designs, and content, are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of the Service's intellectual property without our prior written consent.
